1_) Yes. Formatting & styles maybe not my best area. So it can surely happen me
being wrong. And yes, Dieter pointed me already to some quirky styles (Default
Paragraph Style has outline and number set). I still assume it shouldn't
happen, but it's not a straight forward answer I initially assumed 

'enormous number' of bugs (yes). Ill-categorized. Not sure what 'Ill-
categorized' stand for.. Being attached to meta-bugs? Or should I add see also
source documents? For bugs being totally unrelated, except sharing the same bug
doc (or an except of that?)
