This is complaining to complain:

1. Open Writer
2. Type A (Enter)
3. Type B 
4. Select both & enable bulleted list
5. Press Enter
6. Disable bulleted list
7. Enable Heading 1 and type AAA 
8. Press Enter
9. Enable bulleted list
10. Type something after the bullet: say BBB
11. Press Enter twice
12. Place cursor after BBB
13. Arrow Shift UP
14. CTRL+C
15. CTRL+V below somewhere
