test file

- open the attached example
- select the image (not the frame)
- set its anchor to "as character"

result: the image is no longer visible

- try to undo

result: nothing happens -> the image keeps invisible.

Since similar things happen for other users as well, the image anchor seems to
be a major bug in LO 7.0 -> setting severity.
