If the bug is not reported, no one will fix it. If it is, a developer *may* be
working on fixing it. To do so, he must be interested in the subject and
available if he is a volunteer... or paid specifically for it. 

As for me I'm very disappointed by this comment, which at best will have no
other effect than to show your ignorance of the eco-system, and at worst could
discourage anyone from working on the bug.

"Everyone sees noon at his door" but I'm afraid there are bugs that are more
urgent to fix than this one.
