macOS 10.15.6, LO 7.0RC3
Cannot confirm this problem

Downloaded and installed 7.0RC3. Ran a single time.

Downloaded and installed de language pack. Mounted, installer ran and finished
as expected.

CPU-Threads: 8; BS: Mac OS X 10.15.6; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: osx
