Description:
When inserting an image into LibreOffice Write and LibreOffice Draw the Error
is shown: Image filter not found

Actual Results:
I have a document in Draw or Write, I click on the insert image icon and I get
the error: Image filter not found
But only with images that have custom colors

Expected Results:
Image filer not found


Reproducible: Always
