Would it be possible you attach the original file before corruption? (I suppose
you made some backups since you work on files which may contain 100 equations).
+ indicate minimum step by step process to reproduce this?

Indeed it seems a dup of tdf#54342 but we need a way to reproduce this to
pinpoint the problem.
