Description:
The background affects both Calc and Writer, but the font only affects Calc. I
have not checked other apps. I'm trying to have a dark interface with light
text.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Calc and Writer
2.Tools>Options>Application Options
3.General > Font Colour - change
4.Apply

Actual Results:
Font colour in Calc changes, in Writer does not.

Expected Results:
Change colour of font in both, just like it does for other options in this
settings section.


Reproducible: Always
