I have attached a test case. To reproduce, it is sufficient to fire up LibO
draw and use insert->image.

In LibO 6.4 the image gets inserted correctly. The inserted image is 100mm x
100 mm as it should.

In LibO 7 beta the image gets inserted at a too big size, namely it is scaled
to the margins even if the original image was small enough to fit in the
margin.

There are also other minor problems. They will probably best be addressed in
separate bugs, but I'd like to also mention them here just in case they can get
fixed as side effects of fixing the principal issue:

1. When the image is scaled to the margins, its position is not aligned to the
margins.

2. The resolution by which the pdf image is inserted visualizing a raster
version of it for efficiency is too low. This is likely a side effect of LibO 7
beta scaling the image up. However, the same thing also happens in LibO 6.x if
one inserts the image and then manually scales it up to a larger size. Because,
LibO knows the original vector image, the bitmap should probably be
automatically refreshed when the image is scaled, in order to get an
appropriate resolution.

3. The original PDF image has no background. However, the inserted image has a
solid white background. This is bug 106581.
