1. Open a PDF - for example attachment 161838 - with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 
2. Select some text from the PDF in Acrobat & copy
3. Right Click Paste in Writer
4. Select some different text from the PDF in Acrobat & copy
5. Right click paste in Writer
6. Select some different text from the PDF in Acrobat & copy

-> Paste should show disabled by now; with CTRL+V still working properly
