Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 160618
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+Q
5. Launch Writer
6. CTRL+V -> Wrap isn't honored.. shape above text

Likely Windows only

Actual Results:
Wrap isn't honored.. shape above text

Expected Results:
Should look the same as when copied
