Some news :

After removing LibreOffice version 6.3.6.2, rebooting and installing the last
stable one, version 6.4.4.2, no improvment, same issue.

But in version 6.4.4.2, after unchecking in options > LibreOffice > View > Use
openGL for all rendering, ALL SEEMS OK after 1 hour of use whereas previously
the issue came in less than 3 minutes.

I don't remember what was the default option on my last working LO version, but
I don't remember having to change some opengl related option to make it work.
