Undo doesn't restore the initial state
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 97742 [details] (bug 77519)
2. Select the Transradio logo at the right
3. Drag to the bottom of the page -> second image goes the second page..
4. Press Undo -> Transradio goes up not the original state
Actual Results:
Undo doesn't recreate the initial layout
Expected Results:
Should be so
Reproducible: Always
