For this to be confirmed needed are reproducible steps and other people
reporducing.
I saw improvement in paste in Windows (I didn't see problem in Linux but some
folks did).
To know if it's true in this case, please install and test master from
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html - it's separate to
working LO.
