Description:
hi, sorry strange english.
this bugs occurrence is libre office calc version maybe 6.1x series.
so why calc can't delete used and using cell style? what mean <delete> can't
click and can't delete. that in context menu on sidebar styles.
i remember, past libre office calc is can delete used and using cell styles any
all.
delete action is change to styleA > Defaults.

now version rerlease and 6.4x Dev version can't delete.
how delete? method is bothersome. search and replace > cell styles change > you
can delete no using cell styles at last. but that method is need a many action.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.try make cell styles
2.side bar>styles>context menu = mouse right click menu
3.delete is can't press. that is a out color and out selected.

Actual Results:
try click to delete.

Expected Results:
delete is can't press. that is a out color and can't selected.
