Description:
Can we please have a feature similar to adding field names but in form of left
or right sider. This sort of feature is currently not available on any Document
Processor that I am aware of - so it could be a forte for LibreOffice. I am
aware that something like this can be achieved by using a frame and anchoring
it to paragraph in header, and adding a page field in that.

The main challenge in this I presume would be setting the precedence as to what
overlaps the other when the "sider" and header/footer overlap.

Attached the png/pdf/odt.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add frame interactively
2. Anchor it to header / footer
3. Set Wrap options as desired.

Actual Results:
Got them to work like I want.

Expected Results:
Would like if it was integrated into LO.
