Example file from Excel

Attached document contains a simple chart with axis titles enabled, filled with
long text and in the case of Y axis even set to horizontal for better
readability.
MSO automatically breaks the text in more lines when necessary, but Calc does
not.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Add a new chart in Excel, and enable axis titles
    2. Add long text to the axis title so that it breaks to multiple lines
    3. Save as XLSX, open in Calc

Actual results:
No line break in the axis titles.

Expected results:
Axis titles break.
