I think if you still suffer from poor launch performance, you should report it
to openSUSE.

Btw. OpenGL UI rendering should normally not be active on Linux. The option is
in Tools - Options - LibreOffice - View - Use OpenGL for all rendering.

OpenCL has nothing to do with this topic: it is a method to speed up some Calc
calculations by using the graphics processing unit to run them in parallel.
