Using example file attachment 161855
With slide 1 or 3 selected in the slide panel when starting the presentation
-> Slide 2: WMV doesn't run, there is only a still (SKIA)
-> Slide 4: One WMV runs, the other not (SKIA)

If I select slide 2/4 (so one of the slides containing the animation) both run
as expected
