The Help text for "Show Changes" seems to have key information

Currently it looks like this (as viewed in Firefox 77.0.1):
Show Changes
___________________________________________________________
Shows or hides recorded changes.
--------------------------------------
| To access this command... [nothing]
--------------------------------------
You can change the display properties of the markup

When you rest the mouse pointer over a change markup
in the document, a Tip displays the author and the
date and time that the change was made.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Writer, do Help->LibreOfficeDev Help (browser opens)
2. Type "Show Changes" into the Index box and search
3. Click [GLOBAL] Show changes...
Actual Results:
Displayed help text is missing useful information
Expected Results:
Help text should say how to open the dialog and use it to control displaying
