Substantial change in text flow across pages after moving image (anchoring to
character of images)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Drag the image on pag 2 to the left -> area below will be filled

Probably caused by anchoring to character





Actual Results:
Total re-arrangement of the text

Expected Results:
Less impact by small changes?
