Example file from Word

Attached document contains a user made pie chart with some data labels
displayed with “Best fit” placement.
When opened in Writer the label of 2% appears above the whole chart area.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file

Actual results:
2% label is above the whole chart object.

Expected results:
2% label is next to its pie slices edge.
