I can't reproduce it with

Version: 7.0.0.0.beta2 (x64)
Build ID: 1c213561a365b5666167321de68c9977500c9612
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL

but I'm aso not sure, if I've understood the problem:
1. I can add a new theme. New theme is displayed in the gallery list
2. I can add files to that new theme (choose directory and press select)

I agree, that the process could be improved, I would expect, that files are
displayed, if you open "Find Files".
