1. Open the attached file
2. Insert -> Table of content -> Table of content and index
3. Press OK
4. CTRL+A
5. CTRL+A
5. CTRL+C
6. CTRL+V

For bug docs with specific issues, yes.. 

-> Is it hard to solve.. NO
-> Is there major purpose.. likely not.. but did observe it
