@mwtjunkmail -- It has been. When you drop out of Skia (Vulkan or raster) and
fall back to GDI rendering--this is what you'd see "render: default; VCL: win"

The NEEDINFO remains to you. Need your Skia log (ideally when Vulkan rendering
is enabled) found in ---> %APPDATA%\LibreOfficeDev\4\cache

And, details from a run of msinfo32.exe:  top few lines of the Summary panel,
and also the top few from the Components -> Display panel.
