I unzipped the file and looked at the content.xml. I noticed style:name="gr1"
had style:protect="position size" and gr3 had style:protect="size"

remontees2: you can deactivate the protection by selecting a line,
right-clicking, selecting Position and size and finally unticking Position or
Size from the bottom-left "Protect" section.

You can even select all of them, right-click on a line (to not lose the whole
selection) and deactivate the settings from all lines at once!

You did not mention, if you created the file yourself, so I am closing as
notabug.
