Help menu > LibreOffice Help dialog box

MS Windows 10, in any LibreOffice app the Help menu > LibreOffice Help dialog
box "LibreOffice Help Not Installed" gives the following suggestions about
Offline Help:
"You may either install it from our website or your system’s repositories, or
read an online version."

The feature request is to include a link to more explicit instructions on how
to install Offline Help:
"You may either download and install it from *here* or your system’s
repositories, or read an online version."
Where *here* contains a link to the download for this LO version, e.g. 
http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/6.4.4/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_6.4.4_Win_x64_helppack_en-US.msi

Alternative suggestions:
1) Add a button to install it directly
2) Include Offline Help in the default installation, or add a checkbox.

The current instructions are of limited help, and lead to such questions as:
