Additional Info:
1. In your document, go to Tools > Chapter Numbering
2. In the Numbering / Separator section, right-clicking in the Before or After
fields should have an option: Insert Field
3. Alternatively, this functionality could be accessed from Styles > Edit
Styles > Outline & Numbering (which would be a more intuitive place for the
Chapter Numbering as well).
