Example file from Word with shapes sized relative to page/margin

It is possible to import shape width/height settings from DOCX that are a
percentage value relative to margin / page (in Word terms) or Paragraph area /
Entire page (in Writer terms). Also changing page size from A4 to A3 resizes
the shapes just like it would in Word.

Saving such file to ODT retains these settings as loext:rel-width-rel="page" /
loext:rel-height-rel="page" and loext:rel-width-rel="paragraph"
loext:rel-height-rel="paragraph" also the percentage values as
style:rel-width="20%" style:rel-height="20%" - these match the settings in the
imported example DOCX.

There is however no option in the shape properties dialogs Position and size
tab to display/change these settings, unlike for image and frame objects.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached docx/odt, right click on the shapes and open Position and
Size dialog

Actual results:
No settings for relative shape size.

Expected results:
Checkbox under Width/Height to set “Relative to” and dropdown box with settings
 Paragraph area / Entire page just like for images.
