Description:
UI: Make the setting text wrap more accessible 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert -> shape -> call out
3. Double click the shape -> Access text area
4. Right Click -> Text attributes 
5. Text tab

FWIW
This opinion isn't even present when Right Clicking the shape + 'add textbox'
(IMHO the add textbox should go.. but that's another discussion]


Actual Results:
You need to access the text area + right click

Expected Results:
Direct access when right clicking the shape.. yes, it's about text etc and
maybe technical right place, but this buried to deep

Alternative
1. Open Draw
2. Insert a shape
3. Right Click it -> Edit Style kind of thing.. (
