Redesign of Hatch tab

1. New Hatch Listbox for presets.
2. Context menu for rename and delete.
3. Rearrangement of controls.
4. Remove Save and Load Buttons.

Have not looked for commits for "color" and "gradient" -- but can see that the
tabs do not have Load/Save options -- as indicated in the help file.  

(Right now that help file is listed in the Contents in the Loading, Saving,
Exporting section for both Impress and Draw)
