Description:
My documents have a fixed header, but when I print the header does not come out
on some pages, it is blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print a document with header
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Some pages the header is blank

Expected Results:
The header print appears


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
