Description:
The text is not properly vertically centered using the tabbed user interface
(notebook bar). See screenshot.

My system font is Fira Sans but I believe this happens for the default KDE font
too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I recommend using Fira Sans as a system font. I'm using Kubuntu 19.10 as an
OS.
2. Open up Libreoffice
3. Switch to the tabbed user interface style

Actual Results:
Text in tabs not perfectly vertically centered

Expected Results:
Perfectly vertically centered text in tabs


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes
