I imagine so, but you will still need to figure out how to programmatically
select as well as figure out how to make a UNO call to these functions:
.uno:SetMinimalRowHeight
.uno:SetOptimalRowHeight
.uno:DistributeRows

.uno:SetMinimalColumnWidth
.uno:SetOptimalColumnWidth
.uno:DistributeColumns
