Image when Libre Office hangs. Router connection but no internet

Did as requested and reset my profile. LibreOffice still hangs when there is no
connection to the internet. The only difference is that it is displaying its
initial screen when it hangs.

Let me be more specific about when the issue occurs. If there is NO connection
to the router (and therefore no connection to the internet). LibreOffice runs
fine.

When there is a connection to the router but NOT to the internet, LibreOffice
hangs.

See the attached file. The wireless utility shows there is a strong connection
to the router. The control panel also indicates that there is a connection to
the router. However, there is no connection to the internet. LibreOffice is
ghosted and indicates that it is "not responding".

Other programs work fine (obviously browsers are unable to connect to the
internet but they don't hang).
