Description:
On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, when trying to change
password of a Firebird non embebbed DB, I get:
‘XAuthorizable:changePassword’. It is not implemented

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make or open a split Firebird database
2. Select Tools>User Administration...
3. Click "Change Password..." button
4. Fill fields
5. Click Ok

Actual Results:
Error popup message with ‘XAuthorizable:changePassword’. It is not implemented

Expected Results:
No error and password is changed


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
