hi,

comments (notes, post-it's, captions) are! an issue, since years, and 76324 is
the main bug for it, but making very little progress ... (it's too long for
developers to read and recheck )

the provided sample has only about 250 comments, that shouldn't be a problem on
recent hardware, but bigger amounts definitively are.

there have been - accidental? - improvements in ver 6.2.7.1 and 6.2.8.2, win!,
lin was still very slow. theese improvements seem to 'fade out' in 6.3, 6.4,
6.5 and 7.0 versions :-(

i suggest using the 6.2 versions for files with plenty comments, be careful,
they are not robust regarding parallelized computing, 'openCL' or 'threaded'
enabled produces errors (needing hard recalc).

if anybody knows how to find someone with skills to work an this annoying
problem i'd appreciate it very much, this bug is already affecting fun with the
program for too long time.

reg.
