I tested further more.

Right now I found a way to start SOffice.exe without "--safe-mode". To do this,
I need the file registrymodifications.xcu with the following content:

xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">

Since I need this, removing the user profile or resetting to factory settings
does not work.

For me, this problem is solved, I know how to use LibreOffice as well. But
imho, this problem is a bug in LibreOffice and should be fixed.
