Wrongly set to Needinfo. Repro also Win 7.0+. New. Although strange. 
Happens only when image is pasted before caption:
"Picture disappears when pasted in frame before caption and anchor type is
changed". 
There's a (also strange) workaround: paste on selected frame and undo. 

(Another bug, needs be searched: undo doesn't remove pasted image).

BUT: even more funny is that image is already copied in frame, twice, if opened
with LO 3.4. Not shown since LO 3.5. (also some temp. f-up with 4.0 when no
image was shown, but reverted soon, so not relevant).
Let's set regression for this.
