I noticed, that this is definitely something wrong with the snap build.
Some additional bugs with this build:
Close button creates a copy of the menu bar (https://imgur.com/4yVH8sN).
The snap build originally has modified styles (Calibri, instead of Liberation
Serif).
The snap build doesn't automatically turns on dark theme (if it set on in the
settings).
Probably there is more, but I downloaded LibreOffice from the flatpak and
everything works fine.
