Initially document is added always during following document events:
- SfxEventHintId::OpenDoc
- SfxEventHintId::SaveDocDone
- SfxEventHintId::SaveAsDocDone
- SfxEventHintId::SaveToDocDone
- SfxEventHintId::CloseDoc
- SfxEventHintId::SaveAsDoc
