File compared in MSO

Original file is 2007 DOCX (left on screenshot). Most of times same if resaved
in MSO.
But this one is not, if resaved in MSO it opens in MSO (right on screenshot)
same as in LO.
Besides or because, horizontal position is -1,89 cm to the right of column. Not
clear which, no columns here.

I'll close as NOB.  If you disagree, please explain.
