The word "scalability" is in LO 6.4's US English dictionary (but not in 6.3's).
Please check and make sure you aren't using the hunspell packages provided by
your distro.

In addition, the US English dictionary aren't maintained in LibreOffice, it is
using the one maintained by Kevin Atkinson: http://wordlist.aspell.net/
