Please don't tell "OpenOffice" if you use LibreOffice. LO forked OpenOffice
several years ago.
I still don't know what's "Software Catalog" however you indicated you were on
Debian 9.
Debian stable is more for servers. Either you should use Debian testing (the
version I use, LO version is 6.4.1, not the last one but quite recent) or
install LO and its dependencies from testing and keep stable for the rest
(there are some docs on Internet about how to do this kind of action).

Finally, could you attach a doc so we can try to reproduce this more quickly?
