All my hyperlinks to web pages stop working in exported pdf files as soon as
they are located on any slide after the first hidden slide. This drove me
almost crazy (where's my mistake?) today until I found the cause by exporting
increasing subsets of pages to the point when the links stopped working.

For my type of documents this renders pdf exports almost useless - or I have to
manage several documents with almost identical content to avoid hidden slides.
Which is a logistical nightmare and error-prone.
