Description:
When I delete a row in my table in LibreOffice Writer, the formatting of the
entire table is reset:
- the font changes
- the alignment of columns changes
- the background colour is deleted

Happens under Linux and LibreOffice 6.3.5.2 as well as with older versions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file.
2. Delete the second row of the table from the bottom.

Actual Results:
- The font changes from Calibri to Liberation Serif.
- The alignment of the cells changes from center to left.
- The background colour of the last row changes from grey to nothing.

Expected Results:
The format of the cells should remain untouched.
