So - this should go to the ESC, the debate doesn't belong in a bug.

We have discussed this before, I explained what IIRC was the consensus then.

Taking this to extremes is unhelpful in any direction. We need a solution that
doesn't surprise the users - and endless caveats in a hidden dialog is not that
IMHO.

Miklos / Kendy can you add to the ESC agenda for next week ? all are welcome to
show up & contribute there of course.
