workaround in LO 6.4 and more

in options of LO

in german 

deaktivieren in Barrierefreiheit -> animierte Bilder zulassen 

my translation

deactivate in freedom of walls -> animated pictures running


great work to do with animated gifs in LO

MSO do not animate default in work mode, only in presentation 


so workaround  animated pictures not running default
