i think the root cause is that "content.xml" contains "script:event-listeners":

<office:scripts>
  <office:event-listeners>
   <script:event-listener script:language="ooo:script" 
     script:event-name="office:start-app"/>
[...]

IMHO the warning message is therefore correct
