I'm not sure if this issue is resolved as long as the buttons of the print
dialog are not visible in a Gnome/Gtk environment...

I observed this issue with Ubuntu 18.04 (Notebook, 1366x768) and also with
Manjaro Gnome and Ubuntu 19.10 in a VM with resolution set to 1360x768.

I added a screenshot with the not reachable cancel/ok buttons to bug 127782
